Orange Lifestyle Exchange & Return Policy
At Orange Lifestyle, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your product fits differently than expected, we offer a simple and easy process for size exchanges. Please read the policy below:
Exchange Eligibility
● If the size of the product purchased from Orange Lifestyle does not fit, you can request a size exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
● Size exchange requests will only be accepted if they are made within 7 days. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Condition for Exchange
● The product must be unused, clean, and original to be eligible for exchange.
● Exchanges are not accepted if the product is used or the packaging is damaged.
Exchange Process
- To initiate the size exchange, please contact Orange Lifestyle Customer Service at +8801992095001 (available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, excluding public holidays).
- Once your exchange request is verified, you will be informed about the nearest Orange Lifestyle store where you can visit to exchange your product.
- Exchanges cannot be made for products of a different model or design. The size exchanged must match the original product’s model.
Important Note
● Keep your invoice safe, as it is required to complete the store exchange.
