We’ll inform you immediately if something is out of stock. Please check your product when it’s delivered in front of the delivery person. Orange Lifestyle aims to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience. Please review our ordering policy below:
Product Availability
● Service is only available for products in stock on our website. All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of purchase.
● If a product is out of stock after placing your order, you will be notified promptly.
Placing Orders
● Only one product can be booked per order. If you need to order multiple products or quantities of the same product, you must place separate orders for each.
● Currently, each order will be shipped to a single destination address. Please place multiple orders if you wish to ship products to different addresses.
Order Cancellation
● Orders paid for cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Terms & Conditions for Orange Lifestyle Gift Cards/Gift Vouchers
- Eligibility and Redemption
○ Orange Lifestyle Gift Cards can only be redeemed at directly owned Orange Lifestyle stores across Bangladesh. They cannot be used at dealers, franchises, or online stores.
○ Our website’s Store List provides a list of the participating Orange stores where you can redeem your voucher.
- Product Restrictions
○ The voucher is valid only for the purchase of regular-priced products. It cannot be used for discounted or sale items.
- Payment Method
○ The voucher is not applicable for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders. It is available only through pre-payment methods like Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card.
- Activation and Validity
○ The voucher will be activated within 24 hours of purchase, and you will receive a confirmation SMS.
○ The voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of activation.
- Voucher Redemption Process
○ To redeem your voucher, you must provide the following at the store counter:
■ Contact Number
■ Order Source
■ Voucher Amount
○ A one-time OTP will be generated and sent to you, which must be shown
at the store counter to complete the redemption.
- Purchase Conditions
○ Customers must purchase products worth the same or higher than the voucher’s value. If the purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the extra amount
must be paid through cash, bKash, or Debit/Credit card at the store.
○ You may not buy more than ten products in one invoice.
○ Two quantities of a single product/design are
allowed per invoice.
- Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable
○ The voucher is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and cannot be replaced or converted into cash or credit under any
circumstances.
- Voucher Redemption Limits
○ A customer may redeem a maximum of 2 vouchers daily from one or multiple accounts.
