Orange Lifestyle Warranty Policy

At Orange Lifestyle, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our warranty policy below:

  1. 100% Claim on Manufacturing Defects

○    If any merchandise bought from Orange Lifestyle has major manufacturing defects, we will provide a 100% claim of the paid amount.

○     Claims must be reported to our Customer Service, and the product must be returned to a nearby Orange Lifestyle store within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Fraudulent Claims

○      Orange Lifestyle reserves the right to reject fraudulent claims and will decide on any warranty claim settlement after proper evaluation.

  1. Exclusion of Discounted Products

○      Warranty claims will not be accepted for discounted products where the discount
is greater than 10%.

  1. Non-Footwear Warranty

○    Warranty claims are not applicable for non-footwear items, except for Bags, Belts, and Wallets.

  1. Minor Defects & Repair Service

○      If the product has minor defects, Orange Lifestyle will offer a repair
service instead of a full refund or replacement.

Definition of Warranty Claim

A warranty claim with Orange Lifestyle
refers to a request made by a customer when a product, either footwear or non-footwear accessories, develops a defect during everyday use. Below are the conditions under which
you can file a claim.

For Shoes

●     Upper Damage or Discoloration: If the shoe’s upper part becomes damaged or discoloured during normal wear.

●    Torn Upper or Sole: If the upper or sole of the shoe tears due to poor stitching or substandard material.

●      Sole Detachment: If the shoe’s sole becomes detached due to bad adhesion.

●      Cracked or Spoiled Sole/Insole/Material: If the sole, insole, or any part of the shoe cracks or spoils due to defective material.

For Non-Footwear (Bags, Belts, Wallets)

●     Discoloration on Buckles: If the buckles of bags, belts, or wallets discolour due to manufacturing defects.

●     Cracked or Damaged Material: If the material of bags, belts, or wallets cracks or gets damaged due to
poor quality.

●      Chain or Handle Detachment: If the chain or handle of the bags, belts, or wallets detaches due to poor
stitching.

A warranty claim covers product defects that occur during regular use and are subject to verification by our Team. Per our policy, claims for products that meet the above criteria are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
